The Jenny Mastoraki Estate

The Jenny Mastoraki Estate is the legal and intellectual body responsible for the stewardship of the work of the late poet and translator Jenny Mastoraki.

The Estate holds and administers all copyrights and moral rights relating to her body of work, including poetry, translations, unpublished material, essays, and archival documents. Its role is to protect the integrity of her work, ensure proper attribution, and oversee its responsible use, publication, performance, and dissemination.

Jenny Mastoraki was an exceptionally selective writer and translator. She published and translated sparingly, always with the highest artistic standards and in close collaboration with artists, editors, and institutions she deeply respected. The Estate is committed to honouring that legacy by maintaining the same principles of care, selectivity, and clarity.

Requests for use of Mastoraki’s work — including publication, performance, educational use, or digital access — are considered on a case-by-case basis, with the aim of supporting scholarship, artistic practice, and cultural continuity, while preventing unauthorised or misleading use.

The Estate exists not to restrict access, but to ensure that Jenny Mastoraki’s work continues to be encountered accurately, respectfully, and in its proper context.
